Webmail login stuck

Postby dmatesic » Fri Aug 03, 2018 9:18 am

Hi, on one domain and on just one account when trying to login in web mail the loading window is stuck. I try from different browsers. On another account all works well.

Hi,

Check the Windows event log at the time you try and login to see if there are any errors reported. Alternatively run "Process monitor" (https://download.sysinternals.com/files/ProcessMonitor.zip) and filter on the mailbox path or the w3wp.exe process and check for
"Access denied" errors in the output.

Hi,

Search the "Process Monitor" output for "Access Denied" on the mailbox inbox folder.

Hi, there is no such event.

I would like to attach you a log screenshot but apparently the image file is to large.

Please can you send me an email address.

Regards, Damir

Hi,

Your best way forward is to lodge a support ticket with MailEnable and then provide all the necessary information that way.
