POP3 995 and SMTP 465 SSL

I am trying to configure my server to listen for POP3 995 and SMTP 465 SSL
Is there a guide line? I have entered the ports in Mailenable and checked SSL.

In outlook 2007 if I check "This server requires SSL" does not work but if I uncheck everthing works fine. How ever MAILenable is checked to require SSL for both POP3 and SMTP.

Hi,

Have you obtained an SSL certificate? Have you configured MailEnable to use an SSL certificate under the "localhost" properties window?

The MailEnable documentation contains information and a guide line on how to configure SSL. You can find the docs here: https://www.mailenablecorp.com/document ... frame.html

If you have done the above then the next step is to inspect the SMTP debug log file to see if there any obvious errors occurring.
